Lifeguards are warning of a shark attack in the water off Pier Avenue in Oceano on Saturday morning and a shark sighting off the Pismo Beach pier. A surfer was in the water sometime between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. at Oceano Dunes State Beach when the shark bit his board, Oceano Dunes District Superintendent Brent Marshal said.
